1 1/2 c. yellow corn meal
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. flour
1 can cream style or whole kernel corn (15 oz.) can

Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Drop by teaspoonfuls into hot oil. Brown well. Drain on paper towel.
