BAKED CHICKEN HULA 
4 chicken breasts, split
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 c. (8 oz.) Russian dressing
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. pineapple jam
1 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. lemon juice

Place chicken in greased dish. Combine sauce ingredients and pour 1/2 of this on chicken. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees. Turn chicken and pour remaining sauce over it. Bake 30 mintues more. Serve over rice.
