BAKED CHICKEN 
Chicken (about 6 thighs and 6 breasts), skinned
1 bottle Russian salad dressing (clear, NOT creamy)
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix (can use a little more, if desired)
1 lg. jar apricot preserves

Place chicken in 13 x 9 inch glass baking dish. Sprinkle with soup mix. Combine jam and salad dressing. Pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 350 degrees 2 to 3 hours until chicken is done.
