SEAFOOD PASTA 
Fresh garlic - amount to suit
1 med. red onion, cubed
10 lg. sliced mushrooms
1 cube butter or less to suit
2 pkgs. fresh pasta (8 oz. each)
1 pt. heavy cream
1 pkg. fresh Parmesan cheese
Italian spices to suit
2 cans of drained clams or crab or shrimp

In wok saute garlic, onion and mushrooms in butter. Add spices to suit. Remove from wok. Add cooked pasta. When pasta is warmed return garlic mix to wok and mix. Add heavy cream and mix. Lastly add fresh Parmesan cheese, mix and serve.
