YORKSHIRE PUDDING 
1 c. sifted flour
1 c. whole milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. meat drippings

Combine flour milk, eggs and salt in large bowl. Using a mixer, beat for 5 minutes, cover and refrigerate batter 1 hour. Place meat drippings in 9 x 13 inch metal baking pan. Preheat pan in 425 degree oven for 15 minutes. Beat batter and pour into pan. Bake 20 minutes, lower oven to 375 degrees and continue baking until browned about 15 more minutes. Do not open oven until end of cooking time. Serve immediately. Serves 8.
