APRICOT STRUDEL 
1 c. butter
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
2 c. flour

FILLING;
1 lb. dried apricots
1/4 tsp. powdered cloves
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. shredded coconut
1/2 lb. chopped nuts
1/2 c. glace cherries, diced
Confectioners' sugar

1. Mix the butter with the sour cream, salt and flour. Chill in the refrigerator overnight.

2. Soak the dried apricots overnight in enough water to cover.

3. Drain the apricots and put through a food mill or chop very finely.

4. Add cloves, cinnamon, sugar, coconut, nuts and cherries and mix well.

5. Roll out the chilled dough 1/8" thick. (Roll in a rectangular shape.) Spread the filling over all the dough and roll up like a jelly roll.

6. Place on a baking tray and bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. When cool, cut in slices and serve. Serves 6.
