HAWAIIAN SALAD | |
11 oz. can mandarin orange segments 15 1/4 oz. can pineapple chunks 1 sm. box vanilla flavored tapioca pudding mix 2 bananas Drain cans of fruit. You should have about 1 1/2 cups juice; add a little water to make 1 1/2 cups if necessary. Put juices and tapioca mix into microwave safe bowl. Microwave, on High setting for 4 minutes or so, stirring at minute intervals. Cook until thickened well. Cool. Add orange segments and pineapple. Refrigerate for several hours until chilled. Just before serving, fold in sliced bananas. |
