HAWAIIAN SALAD 
11 oz. can mandarin orange segments
15 1/4 oz. can pineapple chunks
1 sm. box vanilla flavored tapioca pudding mix
2 bananas

Drain cans of fruit. You should have about 1 1/2 cups juice; add a little water to make 1 1/2 cups if necessary. Put juices and tapioca mix into microwave safe bowl. Microwave, on High setting for 4 minutes or so, stirring at minute intervals. Cook until thickened well. Cool. Add orange segments and pineapple. Refrigerate for several hours until chilled. Just before serving, fold in sliced bananas.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
