SHRIMP MOUSSE 
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 can tomato soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 med. can shrimp, if possible

Chop green pepper, onion, and celery, and set aside. Mix gelatin and cold water together and set aside. Heat undiluted tomato soup to boiling point. Remove from heat and add cream cheese, mixing until smooth. Add mayonnaise, gelatin, chopped vegetables, and shrimp.

Pour mixture into mold. Ring mold works well. Refrigerate at least overnight. Delicious served with crackers.
