CUSTARD FILLING FOR CREAM PUFFS 
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
5 tbsp. sugar
2 egg yolks
Vanilla

Heat milk and add cornstarch, salt and sugar. Mix. Beat egg yolks and add to mixture. Cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly. Cool and add vanilla to taste. Add to cooled puffs. The filling MUST be kept refrigerated after filling puffs.
