PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. uncooked rice
1 egg
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can tomato soup
1 c. water

1. Mix beef, rice, egg, onion and seasonings.

2. Shape mixture into about 15 small meatballs.

3. Mix the soup and water in casserole dish.

4. Drop meatballs into the soup mixture.

5. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.

Makes 15 meatballs.
