8 oz. semi sweet chocolate
2 tbsp. vegetable shortening
1/2 tsp. pure orange extract
Fresh strawberries or pineapple chunks

Melt the semi sweet chocolate with the vegetable shortening. Stir in orange extract. Dip strawberries or pineapple in the chocolate. Allow to sit on wax paper until chocolate hardens.
