BROCCOLI CORNBREAD 
2 sticks butter
1 box frozen broccoli, thawed
1 carton cottage cheese
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
1 chopped onion
4 eggs

Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix together all other ingredients except cheese. Pour batter over butter and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes or until brown.
