SWISS EGG 
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, cut in slivers
4 tbsp. soft butter
1 c. light cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 doz. eggs

Into a greased 3 quart oblong baking dish, sprinkle all of cheese. Dot with butter. Pour half of light cream over cheese. Beat eggs slightly and pour over cream and cheese, add remaining cheese. Bake in 325 degree oven for 30 minutes.

This is good served for breakfast, lunch or dinner and can be prepared easily with little clean up, great for early morning meetings.
