10 lbs. ground beef 1 lg. onion, diced 6 c. green beans, drained 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1 pkg. tater tots 50 SERVINGS: 20 lbs. ground beef 2 lg. onions, diced 12 c. green beans, drained 4 cans cream of mushroom soup 2 pkgs. tater tots Brown meat and onion. Drain fat. Place half meat mixture in. Layer green beans, then rest of meat. Pour soup over mixture. Place tater tots on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. |
