AUNT ELENA'S CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. chop suey meat, brown & simmer 30 minutes with 1 med. chopped onion
1 lb. broad noodles, cooked
1 green pepper
1 sm. jar pimentos (optional)
1 can or sm. jar whole mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream style corn
Salt to taste
1/2 lb. American cheese, cubed

Bake at 350 degrees for one hour in 2 1/2 quart casserole.
