1 lg. can sauerkraut, drain and rinse
1 3/4 c. tomato juice
1/4 c. ketchup
1/2 to 3/4 c. brown sugar
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 lb. ground meat

Brown ground meat with onion and green pepper. Then mix with rest of ingredients and place in round casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour uncovered.
