BROWN BAG APPLE PIE 
1 pie crust

Dip sliced apples in water and fill pie crust. Mix:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon or apple pie spice

Sprinkle over apples, add 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Crumble:

1 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour over top of pie

Place in a large brown bag, fold edge down. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour until brown.
