BURBON POUND CAKE 
1 cake mix (orange)
1 pkg. instant pudding (vanilla)
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil (olive, ok)
1 c. milk
1 c. chopped nuts, finely chopped

Beat eggs, oil, and milk; add cake mix, nuts, and pudding; beat. Place in a well greased and floured bundt or tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes (light brown). 5 minutes before out of oven, heat 1/4 cup butter. Add 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup bourbon or whiskey. Pour 1/2 or more over cake while still in pan. Let stand 20 minutes. Remove cake. Brush rest over the cake.
