Combine ingredients below: 1 1/2 c. sugar 3 tsp. baking powder 1/3 c. crunchy peanut butter 1 c. milk 1 egg

Spread 1/2 of the batter in a greased square pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the streusel. Put in the rest of the batter. Sprinkle with the rest of the streusel. Drop 1/4 cup of grape jelly by the teaspoon onto the top. Bake for about 30 minutes.
