1/2 stick butter, softened
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. and a little confectioners' sugar
3 1/2 c. milk
2 sm. pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed
1 (20 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies or chocolate ice box cookies

Cream together butter and cream cheese. Add remaining ingredients, except cookies. Crush cookies.

IN A NEW FLOWER POT: Layer half the crushed cookies on bottom of the flower pot; cover with pudding mixture and spread remainder of crushed cookies on top. Insert artificial flowers - SURPRISE!!
