CHICKEN RICE BAKE 
4 chicken breasts (or 6 lg. thighs)
1 c. long grain white rice
2 c. water
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 pkg. dry onion soup

Mix everything but chicken together. Coat glass baking dish with Pam spray. Pour in rice mixture. Place chicken on top. Cover with tin foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
