BISQUICK QUICHE 
3 c. of chopped squash (squeeze out all water of vegetable after cooked
1 sm. pkg. Mozzarella (8 oz.) grated
1 sm. onion, grated
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. marjoram (spice) leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients together, place in greased Pyrex pie pan. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

When using spinach, 1 package of frozen spinach is sufficient. Make sure you drain off all liquid.
