PRETZEL SALAD 
2 c. crushed pretzels
3/4 c. melted butter
1 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 medium container Cool Whip
1 large pkg. strawberry jello
2 c. water
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries

Layer 1: Mix pretzels and melted butter. Pat into 9 x 13-inch pan.

Bake at 400°F for 8 minutes. Let cool.

Layer 2: Cream sugar and cream cheese. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread on pretzel layer.

Layer 3: Add boiling water and strawberries to jello. Chill until slightly thickened. Spread over layer 2. Chill several hours.
