CINNAMON ROLLS, RAISED DOUGHNUTS
OR KUCHEN
 
1 pkg. dry yeast
3/4 c. warm water
2 c. scalded milk
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon extract
8 to 9 c. flour

Scald milk, cool to lukewarm. Soak yeast in sugar in warm water, let stand 5 minutes or longer. Add to warm milk and all ingredients, add flour. Let raise 3 times, roll out.
