CHRISTMAS BARK 
16 oz. vanilla flavored candy coating, cut into pieces
1 c. pecan halves
3/4 c. red candied cherries, halved
3/4 c. green candied cherries, halved

Line cookie sheet with waxed paper. Melt candy coating in saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients, toss to coat. Spread mixture on waxed paper-lined cookie sheet. Let stand until set. Break into serving sized pieces. 18 ounces.
