L.'S MARBELIZED MINT BARK 
1/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces (or mint-flavored)
1 lb. vanilla flavored candy coating, cut up
3/4 c. finely crushed candy canes

Melt chocolate pieces, remove from heat. Melt white chocolate in a separate pan, remove from heat, stir in candy pieces. Line a baking sheet with foil. Pour white chocolate onto foil to about 3/8 inch thickness. Drizzle with melted semi-sweet chocolate.

Gently zig-zag through the chocolate with a knife to create a swirled effect. Let candy harden. Use foil to lift candy from baking sheet. Break into pieces. Store tightly covered for up to 2 weeks.
