CARROTS CALYPSO | |
2 lbs. diagonally sliced carrots 1 c. pancake syrup 1/4 c. melted butter 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. shredded coconut 1 1/2 c. basic white sauce Boil carrots in water until tender. Pour off water; add butter. Mix rest of the ingredients in sauce; spoon on carrots when serving. |
