ZUCCHINI COOKIES 
3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. grated zucchini
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 c. chopped almonds
Powdered sugar for frosting

Cream together butter and sugar. Add the egg and vanilla. Stir in the grated zucchini. Mix dry ingredients together. All except for the almonds. Mix the wet ingredients, and dry ingredients together, then stir in 1 cup chopped almonds.

Ice with powdered sugar frosting. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes on a greased cookie sheet.
