HOT TURKEY SALAD 
2 c. cooked turkey, cubed
2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. slivered toasted almonds
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. chervil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. shredded American cheese
1 c. potato chips, crushed
Paprika

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine turkey, celery, almonds, onion, salt, chervil, lemon juice, lemon peel, mayonnaise and sour cream. Toss lightly. Spoon into individual baking dishes or custard cups. Sprinkle cheese, potato chips and paprika over the top. Bake for 10 minutes. Serve hot. 6 servings.
