ORANGE TAPIOCA SALAD 
1 (3 1/2 oz.) box orange gelatin
1 (3 1/2 oz.) box tapioca pudding
1 box vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 med. size can mandarin oranges
1 c. Cool Whip

Mix three boxes together. Add 3 cups of hot water. Bring to a boil; cool. After slightly thickened, add Cool Whip and mandarin oranges. Pour into dish and refrigerate.

VARIATION: 2 boxes of vanilla tapioca pudding may be used instead of one box of tapioca and one box of vanilla pudding.
