TWINKLE FROSTING 
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 c. Crisco shortening
1 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 tbsp. vanilla

Combine butter and shortening until well blended. Beat in sugar. Add milk and vanilla. Beat for 8 to 10 minutes until light and fluffy. Use on top of cake and or between layers.
