1 can golden mushroom soup
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
Dash of pepper

Mix thoroughly 1/4 cup soup with remaining ingredients. Shape into 6 patties; place in large baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Spoon off fat. Mix rest of soup and 1/3 cup water, pour over meat. Bake 10 minutes more. Makes 6 servings.
