WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. wild rice
1 lb. ground beef, turkey or chicken
1 can mushrooms and juice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped

Combine all ingredients and top with 1/2 cup slivered almonds. Bake in greased casserole for 2 hours at 300 degrees.
