YEAST DOUGH ROLLS 
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1/3 c. warm water
1/2 c. warm milk
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. shortening
1 egg
2 1/2 to 3 c. all-purpose flour
Salad oil

Sprinkle the yeast into the warm water in an extra large bowl and stir until the yeast is dissolved. Add the warm milk and stir in the sugar, salt, shortening and egg and 2 1/2 cups of the flour, mixing until smooth.

Bake at 400 degrees until they are golden brown.
