2 lbs. beef round steak
1 env. onion soup mix
1 can mushroom soup
1 chopped green pepper
1 med. can tomatoes
1 tsp. basil (fresh)
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. parsley

Place foil in baking dish or casserole allowing enough to cover meat. Spread with butter. Cut steak into serving pieces; arrange on foil and cover with other ingredients. Fold foil over meat and seal tightly. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 2 hours. Yield: 4-6 servings. Easy to prepare - put it in the oven and forget it.
