BUTTERSCOTCH MERINGUE COOKIES 
2 egg whites
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg whites until nearly stiff. Fold in brown sugar as you beat. Beat until stiff. Add vanilla and nuts. Drop by spoonful on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 275 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
