BARBECUE SHRIMP 
1 gal. shrimp, heads off
1 stick butter
Tony's seasoning
drizzle olive oil
onion strips and bell pepper strips
3 to 4 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic, minced

Dehead and wash shrimp well. In a 9 x 13 pan, put in shrimp and the rest of ingredients. Cover with foil and bake at 400°F for about 1 hour, until backs lift off the shrimp. Check every 15 minutes. Shrimp will make water. Eat with French bread.
