WHOLE WHEAT BRAN MUFFINS 
1 c. all purpose flour
1 1/2 c. all bran cereal
1 1/2 tsp. artificial sweetener
1 egg white, lg. or med. (or 2 small)
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. skim milk
1 tbsp. corn oil

Slightly beat egg white with fork. Add milk, corn oil, and sweetener to egg white. Mix well. Measure flour, whole wheat flour, cereal, salt, and baking powder into large bowl. Mix well. Pour milk mixture into dry ingredients, mix with a fork don't over mix. Spray a 10 muffin pan with "Pam". Pour batter into 10 muffin pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Yield 10 muffins. A good recipe for "dieting".
