WESTERN KENTUCKY STYLE BARBECUE
SAUCE
 
1 3/4 c. water
1 1/8 c. catsup
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. paprika
3/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
3/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 1/2 onion powder
1 1/3 tsp. salt
1/4 c. white vinegar
1 tiny bay leaf

Combine all ingredients in saucepan and boil 5 minutes. Makes 1 quart. Use on pork, beef, or chicken.
