BUTTER HORNS 
1 c. butter
2 c. flour
1 egg yolk, slightly beaten
3/4 c. sour cream

FILLING:

2 1/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/4 c. chopped nuts

Cut butter into flour as for pie dough. Combine yolk and sour cream, and add to flour. Mix until blended. Chill several hours or overnight.

Divide dough into 3 portions. Roll each into a circle about 12-inches in diameter. Cut each into 16 wedges like you would cut a pizza.

Combine sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Sprinkle over dough. Roll each wedge starting from the outside.

Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until delicately browned.

Makes 4 dozen.
