JORDAN MARSH BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. blueberries
Sugar for sprinkling

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter, sugar, and eggs. Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with milk and vanilla to the creamed mixture. Fold berries (which have been dusted with flour) into the batter and spoon onto greased muffin pan. Sprinkle with sugar and bake 30 minutes.

Substitute: 2 cups apples with cinnamon and sugar for blueberries.
