JORDAN MARSH BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. blueberries
2 tsp. sugar for top

Cream butter and sugar in a large bowl. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing after each. Add flour, baking powder and salt, alternately with milk until mixed. Stir 1/2 cup berries into batter. Add remaining berries. Pour into well greased tins. 12 large muffins. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar.
