CARROT PRALINE CAKE | |
2 c. flour 1 1/4 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. ginger 3 eggs 1 1/4 c. sugar 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple 2 c. grated carrots 3/4 c. vegetable oil 1/4 tsp. vanilla Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Add sifted dry ingredients, pineapple, carrots and vanilla. 1 cup of walnuts may also be added. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. |
