HAMBURGER BALLS 
1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1 carrot, grated
2 med. potatoes, grated
1-2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix together. Make in balls the size of an egg. Roll in flour. Brown on all sides in skillet. Put in baking dish with 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 can of water (mix these 2 together). Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
