MOM'S FESTIVE CHEESEBALL 
Great for holidays!

1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. sharp cheddar cheese (Imperial)
1 tbsp. finely chopped onions
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. vegetable seasoning
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. port wine or sherry
salt and pepper, to taste
chopped walnuts or peanuts (for rolling)

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or bowl. Roll into a ball and then roll in chopped nuts. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.

Serve at room temperature with your favorite crackers.
