BALLOON WINE 
2 lg. cans frozen grape or apple juice
1/4 tsp. dry yeast
4 c. sugar
Distilled water

Dissolve sugar in juice with yeast and enough distilled water to fill gallon glass jug to the neck. Cover lip of jug with very heavy balloon (childs' punching type) and tie securely with string. Let jug set undisturbed for 3 weeks or until balloon returns to normal size. Pour or siphon off the juice into suitable glass container that has been carefully sterilized. Be careful not to disturb the sediment in the bottom of the jug. Let juice chill in refrigerator overnight and enjoy.

Reusable decanters or ordinary canning jars with tight fitting lids are best for storing finished wine.
