RICE PILAF 
4 c. cooked rice
1 stick butter, melted
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 yellow onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp. chicken base

Saute vegetables and chicken base in butter until vegetables change color. Add to rice, stir thoroughly. Serve.
