1 lb. crab meat
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 tbsp. onion
Salt & pepper to taste
2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. dry mustard
4 tsp. milk
1 tbsp. green pepper

Mix all ingredients and shape into cakes. Deep fry until golden brown.
