MARYLAND CRAB CAKES 
2 eggs
Parsley
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 lb. crab meat
1/2 c. cracker crumbs

Make into golf ball size. Flatten. Roll in a little flour. Deep fry at 375 degrees for 5-6 minutes in peanut oil.
