OPEN-FACED TUNA TEMPTER
(MICROWAVE)
 
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
1/3 c. mayonnaise
Celery seed
Onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
4 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
4 thin sliced tomato
4 slices American cheese

Combine tuna and mayonnaise. Season with celery, onion, salt and pepper. Spread tuna on toast; top with tomato. On paper plate, microwave two sandwiches at Medium 1-1 1/2 minutes. Top with cheese. Cook at Medium 1 minute, or until cheese is melted. Repeat procedure with remaining sandwiches.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
